Cure Neck Pain

Chuck Gallup married the right girl. We can all benefit from his good fortune.

I don't know about you others who have drawn all your life but I find the work very fatiguing! How do you do it day after day? Friday, I worked over ten hours at the computer. Learning , yes. Productive?....Did I say I was learning?

About every ten minutes I'd get up and stretch. My neck and shoulders were killing me. I'm on vacation for gosh sakes! Just goofing around following my nose. Where's the stress coming from? I've worked outside most of my life, swinging, jumping, stooping, walking, and I never felt this crummy.

I go into the kitchen for no reason and wife kicks me out. She yells "Go sit down!" (Well...you would too! She's tough.)

Just great. My neck is stiff. My shoulders ache. I'm on vacation.....

After awhile, I forget all my sniveling 'cause my PowerCADD animation jag was making some progress.

Suddenly, I'm draped with a warm flooding soothing sensation wrapped around my neck and shoulders. It was so nice!

It seems she heard about this in one of her magazines (editor's note: Chuck originally refered to them as "girly books"). Earlier, she slipped out to the store and returned with her usual plethora of stuff. She bought among other things, (2) 16 oz packages of Lentils (You know, the green soup seeds) and she also bought some white tube socks.

She opened the bags of Lentils, dumped then into the tube sock, tied the end with an overhand knot, stuck 'em in the microwave for about 90 seconds, then sneaked them onto my neck whilst I was cussin....er.. working away.

Simply Heaven!

Now, they talk about "massage people" that come to your work site but I've never seen it. Sounds like a good idea, too! Besides, I'm at home. In lieu of a massage, THIS IS GREAT!

You can use it over and over, The heat lasts a long time and it feels reeeeeally good.

the PowerSOCK...full of lentils and bliss for the weary worker

I think there has got to be a lot of folks out there regardless of platform who experience the same pain I was talking about. (Actually, I'm thinking the pain would be worse with that other platform...LOL)

Actually, not a bad idea for Christmas stocking stuffers! Located around sales counters across the nation. PowerCADD and WildTools logo embossed on a custom sock? hmmmmmm.....

I can't wait to try it...
